Your project comes with a 30-day warranty, which means we will fix any bugs free of charge within this time period. As we are a small team, we don't offer 24/7 support. We do, however, offer a monthly Shopify Conversion Rate Optimisation/SEO plan, in which you can book a number of days with us to optimise your store.
